How about Tchakchouka, rohi lel marchi achri fiha chwiya basla wetomatich, zaghli wel ma yaghli, bessah el benna ya hbibi

Serieux. Felfel tarchi mahchi avec de la Viande Hache dans une sauce rouge chwiya harra et mettre le tout dans le four. One of my favorites. C’est une specialite turque . I had the same thing in Istanbul
