Chakhchoukha (Biskra)

guys i pass!
i like chekhchoukha with out the brains
but i wouldn't mind making it for someone
you know what i have troubles just watching people pluck chickens and turkeys, my friends back home do this in thier home, it's alors cheaper then having it done for you...But i don't have the heart to do that to the poor animal even though it's dead makes me feel twice as bad..

hummm it's delicious, I prepar it today but with out courgette, and with some "tchicha" (I don't know the english name sorry) as the real chekhchoukhat biskra.

cause am off today, I prepared kassra, and i eat it with "zit zitouna and sugar" hummmm benna 3adima (my grandmother used to prepar it).
