ingredients

i am a new member, and i am finding this site very interesting. all my guestions seem to be answered, there is a wealth of information here ,thank you. the one major problem i have is getting the ingrediants for recipes and my only language is english. if there is help out there it would quite exellent. thank you

If you are interested in any particular dishes just let me know and i will post the recipes for you in English.

Or if you want Algerian recipes in general, i will poste the most popular ones in here.

thank you for your offer, we live in a small town and many products are not available. we are tired of our limited diet, recipes for bread would help,my other problem is how much seasoning to use.

I will post some bread recipes ASAP on this thread. As for seasoning and how much of it to use, that only comes with practice and making mistakes LOL...But not to worry, I will make sure the recipes are detailed enough.
