quick qestion, does anyone know if you need o apply in person? Or can my partner apply on his own? Just I think its doubtful I'd get the time off work to apply in person, then have to fly back for the interview whenver they decide, and the solicitors made it sound like I didnt have to be there for the original application, just the interview?
