brilliant . i m proud of Algeria 
in the 80s Iraq did managed to wipe out illettracy and received a special recommendations from the UNESCO for doing so well . (those efforts are down the drain of course by the look of it ) (it managed to wipe out diseases like TB Cholera etc.. and the Health Organisation also congratulated Iraq at the time .
